New City Church
New City Church began as a Home Missions supported church plant in Long Beach, California, in 1993 by Reverend Carl Kromminga Jr. It was organized as a congregation in 2003 with a mission of "Learning together to love and live like Jesus." New City is a multi-ethnic congregation and Tim Cordova serves as Lead pastor. With the help of the Loan Fund, New City has been able to purchase and renovate a storefront building into a church sanctuary and office space.
Lakeside Community Church
Lakeside Community Church in Alto, Michigan began in 1977, with a mission of "Making and growing disciples of Jesus by the power of the gospel." With help from the Loan Fund it constructed an addition to it's church building, which included a finished basement, commercial kitchen, meetings rooms, and a bathroom.
Madison Church: South Hill
South Hill is a site of Madison Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Madison planted the South Hill site in 2008 in a local public school gym. Madison was gifted the old Grand Rapids Christian High School and led a collaborative redevelopment project made possible in part by a CRC Loan Fund Loan that resulted in worship space for Madison's South Hill site, 41 units of affordable housing, space for ICCF Community Home headquarters, and space to operate a YMCA early childhood center.
Rudyard
Rudyard CRC, named after its township location, is in Michigan's upper-peninsula and was incorporated in 1903. Rudyard is a body of believers made up of people from different backgrounds and stories joined together because of the gospel of Christ. With the help of the Loan Fund the church is constructing an addition for classroom space and renovating the fellowship hall, existing classrooms, and a kitchen. They plan to rent classroom space to a local christian school.
